ERBF (RU) end-mounted cross roller bearing
The inner and outer rings of this type of bearing are of integral structure. Compared with the ERBH model, there are mounting holes on the end face to facilitate the structural design and application of the end face installation; the cylindrical rollers are arranged in two 90° at an angle of 90° 1:1. In the V-shaped raceway, the cylindrical rollers are separated by spacers. This kind of bearing has a compact structure, so that a set of bearings can bear radial load, axial load and overturning load at the same time, while ensuring structural rigidity Under the premise, the shafting structure design is greatly simplified; most bearings can be pre-loaded when leaving the factory, which further facilitates installation and maintenance work. At the same time, this type of bearing has the characteristics of high precision, high load capacity and high rigidity, which is very suitable for the rotating parts of the robot. Manipulator joints, numerical control indexing tables, medical equipment, measuring instruments and other occasions are especially suitable for structures where the end faces are directly installed.
RU series crossed roller bearing also can be named CRBF crossed roller bearing.
It is integrated for both the inner ring and outer ring. So suitable for inner and outer rotating accuracy required product. With mounting holes, it is very easy to install and installation does not affect its accuracy. The precision we can produce for RU series cross roller bearing can be from P6 to P2.
Model number naming method:
E. g: RU178 UU CC0 P2 BG X -N
RU178: bearing model;
UU: both sides with a seal; U: one side with a seal;
Radial clearance:
CC0: negative clearance(preload); C0: positive clearance; C1: great than C0 positive clearance;
P2: precision grade, P0 if without stated;
The symbol for accuracy required position:
B: both the inner ring and outer ring required rotating accuracy;
R: outer ring required rotating accuracy;
No symbol: inner ring required rotating accuracy;
The symbol for assembly direction of the mounting hole:
G: counter boreholes of the inner and outer rings face positive directions;
No symbol: counter boreholes of the inner and outer rings face the direction.
The symbol for inner ring hole:
X: through holes on the inner ring;
No symbol: counter holes on the inner ring
Optional symbol:
-N: with grease nipple;
No symbol: no accessory.
